Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: Higher National Diploma or equivalent; no specific subject required;
    Experience: 3–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, with at least 1 year’s team management experience (managing 3–10 staff);
    Performance: Proven track record of independently achieving annual sales of ≥3 million RMB or securing project contracts worth ≥1 million RMB;
    Skills:
    Ability to independently manage the entire sales cycle, from client development and negotiation through to tendering, contract signing and receivables collection;
    Proficient in using Office, CRM and common online meeting tools;
    Possess basic data analysis skills and be able to interpret financial statements and cost structures;
    Attitude: Results-oriented, able to work well under pressure, and willing to travel 5–10 days per month;
    Bonus points: Experience with industry client networks, channel recruitment, and online live streaming/community marketing;
    Salary: Base salary of 10,000–15,000 RMB + 3–8% sales commission + annual bonus, totalling 200,000–350,000 RMB;
