Features

  • The heating rate is adjustable to suit different products.

  • Welding heads made of special materials ensure even pressure on products.

  • Equipped with a vacuum function, making alignment adjustment easier.

  • Temperature is controlled numerically with high precision. It features touchscreen operation, a Chinese-English display interface, and PLC control for simple operation.

  • Equipped with a digital pressure gauge that allows presetting of pressure ranges. It adopts SMC precision guide rail cylinders, providing high pressing accuracy and enabling welding of products with a pad spacing of 0.5mm.

  • The automatic platform moves in and out, facilitating quick operations for operators.
