XJH-D800RC Offline Dual Table Multifunctional Depaneling Machine

Features

High-speed dual spindles support both milling cutter and saw blade configurations. Equipped with a high-speed CCD vision automatic calibration system. Suitable for V-groove PCB depaneling of fiber boards, aluminum substrates, and copper substrates. Automatic calibration and cutting based on Mark points, effectively resolving material deviation issues across different production batches. Features cutting path and image display functions. The actual cutting path corresponds to the PCBA image in real time, providing strong visualization. Optional upper or lower dust suction configuration. Extremely low board depaneling stress (approximately 200 µε), delivering a flat and smooth cutting surface.
