Features


  • This equipment is used for automatic board Depaneling with a single group and multiple blades. It is suitable for light bar boards with a width of 10mm or more, and enables quick mold change. It can split an entire assembled board in one operation, and its efficiency is more than 20 times that of traditional board Depaneling machine.

  • It is equipped with a human-machine interface (HMI). The workbench is fitted with a light curtain and an acrylic cover to ensure safety.

  • There is a dust collection tray under the board Depaneling die (a dust suction device can be additionally installed according to customer requirements).

  • Slitting Materials: Fiberboard, Aluminum Substrate, Copper Substrate.

  • Data Monitoring System: Monitoring of Startup Time, Production Capacity, Equipment Fault Information, Automatic Rejection System, etc.
