Features


  • Adopts servo hydraulic punching and cutting technology, delivering fast cycle times with a cutting rate of 15 seconds per full board.

  • Punching and cutting pressure rated at 35 tons, equipped with hydraulic oil temperature measurement and alarm function.

  • Cutting workbench size (L × W): 1200 mm × 500 mm.

  • Composed of a sliding platform, servo motor, servo driver, and sensors. Forward and backward sliding is precisely controlled via the control system.

  • Supports steel molds with a maximum thickness of 100 mm, ensuring normal cutting operation.

  • Drawer-style cutting workbench automatically returns to the operating position after cutting is completed. Servo motor drive enables high speed and high precision.

  • The touch screen displays the equipment's production quantity, which can be set arbitrarily: the number of boards produced by the equipment can be set manually by the user;

    1. The equipment pressure can be set on the touch screen; when entering the pressure adjustment interface, parameter adjustment is only allowed after unlocking with a non-operator password, and the operating area is equipped with safety protection devices.
